supportHi there, When I’m in “Design Your Email” and I switch to the Drag & Drop Editor, the “Section, Element and Post Blocks” quickly appear, then disappear, so I can’t use them. I tried it on a couple different browsers but the same thing is happening. Please advise. Thanks!
Hi @myworldz , Sorry to hear you’re facing this issue. To help us investigate, could you please share: Your WordPress version Your Icegram Express version Whether you see any errors in the browser console? Meanwhile, please try using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This is the safest way to rule out conflicts: Install the “ Health Check & Troubleshooting ” plugin Go to Tools → Site Health → Troubleshooting Mode Enable troubleshooting mode (this won’t affect your live site visitors) Disable all plugins except Icegram Express Switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Five) Check if the Drag & Drop blocks still disappear If the issue stops in troubleshooting mode, it usually indicates a conflict with another plugin or theme. Once you try this, please let us know the result and we’ll help you narrow it down further.
Hi @myworldz , Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to check in with you regarding the inquiry you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help? I’d be happy to assist you in any case. Thank you! Have a great day ahead.
