it is impossible to uninstall it from wp plugins! first time i see such a thing! Have you tried to delete server- & browser-cache? It could also been blocked by a security-plugin that you’re using on your site. Have you tried to delete server- & browser-cache? It could also been blocked by a security-plugin that you’re using on your site.
