This issue was reported at https://github.com/10up/maps-block-apple/issues/246 . Clicking on a marker and holding does activate the marker for moving, but once you try to move the marker, it moves the block instead. Solution: In the top config bar, click on the 3 vertical dots (ellipsis), lock movement .
