I am completely unable to populate a dropdown field with PODS taxonomy. I have tried using the POD name and I also created a custom field. I added the feed, linked them to the dropdown, selected the “Populate Related Items (Feed Required)” checkbox, and nothing happens. There seems to be a complete lack of documentation for this process. I have done this in the past with custom functions, but I thought the whole point of this integration was to remove the need for custom functions? Also, none of the sample images on GitHub are loading, so I can’t use that documentation either. Is the field mapped to a feed yet? That’s how the population option works, it relies on knowing what field it maps to in order to populate it. I’ll take a look at the missing images, that’s definitely not intended. Meaning did I map it when I set up the POD feed? Yes. Title
(name) is mapped to my dropdown (Subject) Did you have any progress with this issue? I am not having any luck getting a dropdown list to populate with values from a PODS custom post type. The main problem there is that the PODS feed requires every ‘required’ field to be mapped to a corresponding form field, which is irrelevant for a dropdown. Any feedback would be appreciated. JJCI
