cannot install the demo

i tried doing it several times but still cannot install i even let the computer run for 3 hours just installing the Demo but still cannot kindly assist on what’s the problem & how do i install it thank you! For example, one of the main issues are bad shared hosting servers or using very old version of PHP, low upload_max_filesize, max_input_time, memory_limit or max_execution_time.
