Cannot deactivate plugin

Hello, can you please review your deactivation or uninstallation script? I do not have any issues with it but because the error that i just had was still there after i deactivated your plugin makes me think maybe your plugin does not properly deactivate itself. @benniledl theoretically WordPress includes files only if the plugin is activated.
