My client has received his first sale, but thought his store was inactive. The money has been collected but he needs to cancel the transaction and refund the money. It says that the payout for the 1st transaction is held for `14 days, but he cannot see anywhere to cancel or refund. His processor is Stripe, but there appears to be no link for this function in Woo The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi there, I can understand your concern, Just to confirm — are you using WooPayments for Stripe payments, or the separate WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin ? Once confirmed, you can refund the order directly from your site by going to: WooCommerce → Orders → Edit the order → scroll to the bottom of the page , and click on refund button. If you don’t see the refund option there, I would suggest contacting the payment plugin’s support team for further assistance — they’ll be able to guide you on how to process the refund. If you’re using WooPayments , you can create a support ticket here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/?select=woopayments#contact-us Hi @jefferisp7 , It’s been some time since your last message, and it looks like my colleague provided some great initial steps to help sort out your issue. Given that, we’ll close this thread for now. You’re always welcome to create a new support topic if you need further assistance with WooCommerce Tax.
