Hi Today I am using GTM4WP but for whatever reason the event purchase is not being fired on the data layer once a purchase is completed. My question is if the plugin will solve this issue? This is solved by the free version or do I need the PRO? If this is the case I need to replace GTM4WP with your plugin or keep both? If your plugin solves my issue, and I replace GTM4WP is there any feature I might loose? Hello, we are really sorry about the delayed response here. Generally speaking you should be good with the FREE version, which will allow you to test the purchase event and then decide if you need additional features of the PRO version. We don’t know all the details of the GTM4WP but since it is a general WordPress plugin rather than WooCommerce dedicated tool we think you may lose some capabilities not related to WooCommerce. In the end I think you would need to just keep one or the other. Having both enabled at the same time most probably will result in duplicated tracking. I hope that helps, all the best, Michał from Handcraft Byte
