No, this plugin does not disable the general caching of oEmbed results in WordPress. While the plugin disables oEmbed functionality of your own content and content from other WordPress sites, embeds from sites like YouTube still work as expected. And those still need to be cached. To be honest, I don’t know why a system would send “security” alerts for something like this. Personally I would probably just disable those notifications.
