supportHello, I love this plugin. It has helped me a lot and I look forward to continue to use it. I have a plugin that allows me to add a link to a wrapper (mainly so I can create and customize buttons easier). I use the modal link (#omw-####) and the modal css (#omw-open-modal) to try to call the modal. All it does is changes the url without actually opening the modal (changes from https://domain.com/ to https://domain.com/#omw-#### ). Any thoughts on how to fix this? I can provide any information you need! Just let me know.
Hello, On which button you have added this modal window. Please share a snapshot. And it seems you have missed some settings so please once try to follow the doc: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/741-ocean-modal-window-getting-started
@abhikr781 Hello, I’m so sorry! I forgot to close this thread. I decided to not use a modal for it because I am unsure what affect it has on SEO. I still use Ocean Modal’s throughout my site thought. Love the plugin! This reply was modified 5 years, 4 months ago by brendonmconnett .
If there is no issue, you can close the thread and We are most certainly thankful for your feedback.
