Builder is not saving changes made to contents. It does not also go into frontend edit mode, it just keeps on loading… Try to disable all other plugins and switch to another theme. It could be just plugin/theme conflicts. Also try to reinstall the Builder plugin. If the issue persists, please provide your site URL.
