Otherwise simple and useful but does not work. Option to remove data when uninstalling does not remove data. Therefore(?) reinstalling brakes something in the database. Links to docs appear but they are dead. This was my afternoon experience. Hi @sanapaino Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we’re sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had. Regarding the “remove data on uninstall” option, as far as we know, this feature is not currently available in our plugin. It’s possible there may be a misunderstanding or something else in your setup affecting the behavior you’re seeing, especially after reinstalling. To properly investigate this and also check the broken documentation links you mentioned, could you please submit a support ticket through our helpdesk? That will allow our team to look into your specific site setup in detail and assist you more effectively. If possible, kindly include: The specific feature or setting you’re referring to (a screenshot would help) The URL of the documentation page with the broken link Any steps to reproduce the issue You can reach us here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ We’d really like to help get this resolved for you. Thanks again for your feedback—it helps us improve. Sorry about the emotional outburst. :/ Anyway: What do you think the option “Remove all Event Tickets data upon uninstall?” should do? My (probably erroneous) reading of what happened was this: I had some problems with getting something trivial to work correctly. I tried to start from scratch. I chose the option mentioned ja uninstalled and reinstalled. Result was complicated errors considering the database and I blew a fuse. I checked the database and all the ET-tables were intact. I tried to solve the problem by shouting to the internet. And here is a pic where the Learn more links are dead: https://jottacloud.com/s/4572931b60177d0458b9ec4cf103e1c9692 This reply was modified 1 month ago by Sanapaino . Thanks for your response, @sanapaino I’ve gone ahead and created a support thread on your behalf so we can continue the conversation in one place: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-all-event-tickets-data-upon-uninstall/ Please feel free to reply there, and I’ll continue assisting you. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
