review · 1 starsUsed the free version and felt the plugin had potential Paid for the $99 version just to add reoccurring events Spent hours filling out events and other info Events didn’t drop off after expiration even though that was selected to do so in settings Reoccurring events showed the first date it was set for, but didn’t update to the next one Events started automatically changing dates to 1-1-1970 on the backend but still showed original date on the front end. tried contacting customer service and they wouldn’t help unless I gave them FTP login credentials! They told me I would have to show them the error log. I downloaded /wp-content/debug.log to show them but then they repeated their response that they needed to have access Why would I give critical access of my website server to someone I don’t know let alone a group who’s plugin is super buggy? They told me without FTP access they can’t help. I think the idea of this event plugin is great but its not great to invest your time in. This topic was modified 1 year, 1 month ago by davevanz .
