Bug With multiple check box and email

Hello, I am in front of an important issue and it look like a bug. It’s the version I bought, not the free one. The web page is located at : https://nemobooth.com/tarifs-location-photobooth-marseille/ You can see the options check boxes and the code is : Options : [checkbox_custom Options use_label_element “20|3_Formats (20€)” “20|Galerie avec les Photos (20€)” “40|Accessoires (40€)” “50|Fond décor (50€)” “70|Livre d’or Audio (70€)”] Then I want to send by email all the checked boxes of this Options section and I put the variable name : [Options] in the mail body. But I only get the first check option.. only one .. not the other . Should I not get all the check box ? This is how Contact form work usualy. Do you need more informations ? Is there any known issue about this or a special way to make the code. Actualy the plugin is useless without this feature.
