Hi Team, We are having an issue on our WooCommerce site during product checkout/payment. We are getting prompts, “There was an error processing your order.”. Upon checking the BTCPay plugin dashboard, it shows that the BTCPay Server is connected. However, I’ve checked the logs and saw this in the debug section. https://prnt.sc/aqmHUMxCq3AT It seems that the server URL returns a 500 internal server error. We hope to get more insights into our situation, and where to start for a probable solution. Thank you! Hi, as you mentioned this is an error on the BTCPay Server side and not the plugin itself. On BTCPay go to “Server Settings -> Logs” and check what error you get there. Hi @ndeet , Thank you for responding. I do apologize if I was in this plugin community support; I wanted to star from here to identify the issue. I tried to login using our BTCPay server URL but it returned a 500 internal server error. Ok then you need to log into the server and check the logs there, more troubleshooting tips here: https://docs.btcpayserver.org/Troubleshooting
