supportComplete waste of my money – no support at all This plugin is broken for weeks now. I bought this and the search never worked. To edit coupon codes I had to scroll through the WHOLE list to find the store I was looking for. Contacted the developer (Jaspreet Chahal) at least twice and NEVER received an answer. Now it’s completely broken. The “manage coupons” page is blank! The coupon codes do not load at all anymore and I cannot update anything. Hi Angie If I can reply on wordpress forums within 30 minutes of your question I sure would have replied to email you sent through. First you are totally wrong in saying that you contacted me and did not get a reply. I mean comm’on don’t just bang people without any reason. Here is my reply on July 1 for the email I received from you https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1277098/angie.PNG Ball was in your court and you never replied to my email. I am glad that you finally came out after many months to share your experience. Responsibility is something we all share when getting an email and replying to it. There are other hundreds of people who are using my plugins without any issue and there are other who generally receive replies to all the free stuff I do, not only with wordpress but elsewhere as well. Hi Jaspreet, I am having the same or similar problems on all my websites. On my websites Cloud Nine and on ECigaretteNews I am unable to modify any of my coupons. Clicking on Modify Coupon takes me to blank screen. Both sites are using the Graphene theme On my site Best ECigarette Guide When I select “Manage Coupons” I am unable to see any of my coupons. This site is using Atahualpa. You have been so helpful in the past. What do you think is happening? Kind regards, Hillary
