We tested our plugin before it was released, however, it appears that there is still room for improvement. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue you described. Can you please check the email that you received once the plugin caused a critical error? We have released an update for Orchid store theme and Addonify Compare products for WooCommerce. Please update Orchid store to latest version & do you mind re-installing Addonify Compare products for WooCommerce once again? (Please make sure it is latest version).
