As earlier posted (but not answered or actioned): https://wordpress.org/support/topic/seems-to-block-access-to-woocommerce-api/ Duo Security disables API endpoints (any URLs starting with /wp-json). You should definitely change this as it makes DUO un-usable for sites using the API.
