Stephen unresolved
Did some more testing and stuff in the background and installed the plugin again and it works now without breaking the customizer. So far so good and its a good addition to woocommerce. This topic was modified 9 months ago by Stephen . Hey @kosteph , Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustrating experience you encountered with Merchant. Reading about your site going blank and the critical error message is definitely not what we want our users to go through, and we completely understand how disheartening and time-consuming that must have been for you while troubleshooting the issue. We’re truly sorry that your first interaction with Merchant led to such a significant disruption, especially before you even had a chance to explore its features. We extensively test our plugins to ensure compatibility and stability, and we’re genuinely puzzled why this issue occurred on your site, as we haven’t been able to reproduce this specific blank screen or critical error with the latest WordPress versions on our end while using the customizer. To help us get to the bottom of this and prevent it from happening to anyone else, would you be able to share a copy of the critical issue email that WordPress sent you? WordPress usually sends out an email to the site administrator whenever a critical error is reported. Sometimes those emails contain additional details that can provide crucial clues to understand what caused the issue. While we haven’t been able to replicate the exact scenario you described, we are absolutely committed to investigating this further. It sounds like there might be a conflict with another plugin installed on your site, and we would be more than happy to help you identify and resolve it. Could you please create a new topic on the WordPress.org support forum ? Once you do so, I will be prioritize your request and ensure that we can figure this out together quickly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you get this resolved.
