Hello, What exactly database do you use on server? Is it MySQL or MariaDB? Also what server version do you have? Regards, Oleg
Hi Oleg, It’s a standard wordpress setup using MySQL with 20i.com Regards Simon
Hello, What exactly MySQL version it is use? Regards, Oleg
Hi Oleg, It’s 10.11.15-MariaDB Regards Simon
I am on the latest Ubuntu LEMP stack.
Hello, Please update plugin to latest version. It must work correctr with MariaDB database. Regards, Oleg
I am on MariaDB 11.8.3 and it is still displaying a blank page. Reverted to version 3.8.6.4.
I’m getting a critical error with the latest version now. Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: int / string in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/brands-for-woocommerce/templates/catalog.php:90 Regards Simon
Hello, @keysuck do you mean latest version 3.8.6.7? @firepages Nothing was changed in this section from previous version do you have this issue only with latest version or also older version like 3.8.6.4 has same error? Regards, Oleg
Hi Oleg, I was using the widget but have now swicthed o the bsic shortcode which is working thanks. Do you intent to fix the widgets are some point ? Regards Simon
@razyrx I updated to the latest 3.8.6.7 and the symptom remains. Still a blank page that uses [brb_brands_list] shortcode.
Hello, @firepages Can you provide widget settings that you use? Also do you mean that shortcode with same functionality work correct? Please try to clear cache in plugin settings, because it can be related to some cache issue. @keysuck First of all please try to clear cache in plugin settings or try to disable “Use cache” option. Also try to use shortcode [brb_brands_list] without any parameters to check how it work or also some other parameters to check is it not some specific cache issue. Regards, Oleg
@razyrx Even though my site does not use cache when logged in, I cleared all available caches on my website, from the plugin’s settings to NGINX, Redis Object Cache, PHP Opcache and REST cache, only to prove that the shortcode [brb_brands_list] does not work – with or without parameters.
