I’m testing a localhost with a Mamp Pro 6.2 installation. PHP 7.4.12 I downloaded the Free version to test. It is Installed. & Activated. I installed ClassicPress, the stripped down fork that has been actively developed for years. Using ClassicPress instead of the WordPress official install software prevents the Blockspare Add Block control from showing up on the Adding new pages Gutenberg editing view. ClassicPress removes some normal files and dependencies but claims that most WordPress plugins will also install and work as intended if ClassicPress is the CMS software. However, I can only see Blockspare’s Add + blocks control on the WordPress official install. Hi @viennamex First off, thanks for reaching out to us with the problem on WP forked CMS ClassicPress. For your kind information, ClassicPress is a community-led fork of Gutenberg-free WordPress. It looks like WordPress and most (older), if not all, existing plugins work on ClassicPress. And according to our QA team’s test, not only Blockspare, most of the well maintained blocks plugins based on latest WordPress releases (till this date: 5.6) are not compatible with ClassicPress. Some of them also have fatal error problems just because they are using latest WordPress functions which was not included on ClassicPress. But running seamlessly up to WP 5.6. It may because the forked CMS is using previous version of the WP files and functionality. But, they might have plans to develop ClassicPress even further and enhance. So, there we can see a couple of clear options for you, either you need to stick on WordPress and taste the glory of enhancing WP/Gutenberg blocks without any issues or you need to wait ClassicPress to get compatible with newly released block based modules. Best regards Having a similar problem, however, I have updated WordPress just recently so I don’t think I am going to be able to solve the problem. Cannot find this plus button anywhere when trying to edit page https://prnt.sc/108wjqp Example: https://prnt.sc/108wkj1
