supportHey there, I’m trying to set up the Meta Pixel for WordPress plugin, but once I’ve installed it, the set up screen is blank. Hey @marijastuntcoders Any updates on this issue? I’m having it as well. Just a blank screen for the Meta plugin when trying to go to Settings
Hi @andyrossiter – thanks for sharing the info! One more thing – are you seeing any plugin-related errors in the console when accessing the Marketing > Facebook page (you can access it by right click + inspect), or in your debug.log ? @jahnetik – please open a new thread on the forum describing the issue, and share the relevant info (screenshots, plugins) as well. Hey @marijastuntcoders so it appears to have fixed itself – I did a load of other stuff (Google Tag Manager, Strape etc) to my website over the last week so perhaps I was missing a plug in or something. Thanks for your help!

Hi, I would like to report this issue still ongoing This is working normal locally but when I tried on server blank white screen I have disabled all my plugins and I’m using PHP 8.3 aapanel ubuntu openlitespeed I did F12 no errour found and debug.log doesn’t show error I should mention : 1) the site is linked with CDN cloudflare but I did disable it to see if the issue from there but no luck… 2) I installed the plugin on subdomain subdomain.mydomain.com (my root domain site already has pixel configured working) could be confusion ? I think we should continue from here no point duplicating same issue for future reference. the author hasn’t found where this was from.
