Dear Ferouze, To customize the Billing Details form and remove unnecessary fields, you can simply navigate to: Tripzzy > Forms > Checkout Form and uncheck the fields you don’t need. Hello that’s what I did, but my change is not taken into account. the settings are set to default.

Could you please add our checkout page by inserting the Tripzzy checkout page shortcode : [TRIPZZY_CHECKOUT] on your checkout page? Could you clarify which format issue you are referring to? Your checkout page currently appears like this: https://prnt.sc/adyA6go1Ur57 , without a background in the forms. In our recent update, we have added a white background along with other improvements. If you need further assistance with the translation or layout, feel free to let us know. We’re happy to help! Hello however, on the chekcout form I’d like to not show fields like “Town / City *” State / Zone *Postcode / ZIP (optional) *, but when I uncheck “Enable” it doesn’t work. The default format resets.
