I’ve started using this software and honestly the support has been terrible. The help website is really difficult to navigate, I keep getting broken links to link the bot sendme to clickon, and even though I paid for an account, the constant upselling is incredibly frustrating. I spend more time closing ads and pop-ups than actually using the software. I’ve also had a lot of challenges trying to work out what features actually work and what doesn’t. There seems to be so much happening at once that it just feels messy and hard to follow. What used to feel like a simple system now feels overly complicated and cluttered. At this point, I’m honestly avoiding using a lot of it altogether because the whole experience has been really disappointing. Sometimes simpler is better — not everything needs to be overcomplicated.
