Basic functions don’t work

I have run many times test transaction with 3 vendors, and unfortunately not only vendors do not get email about the order, but there is no notion about commission either. The only email getting out to a vendor (one vendor only, with 3 products purchased from 3 vendors) is a notification about shipment fee, still the summary under is wrong showing zeros only. Very disappointing, as I was sure that I found finally a plugin with weight based shipment embedded.
