I’ve connected my WooCommerce store properly using the official Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. All products are synced and appear correctly in the catalog. The links are valid, and everything is configured exactly as required. However, when users click on any product from my Facebook Shop, they get the error: “This listing is no longer available.” The products are clearly available and visible on my website — but Facebook fails to display them properly. This makes the whole Shop experience on Facebook useless and misleading for customers. I’ve tried resyncing, checking visibility settings, using the Facebook Debugger — nothing works. There’s no clear reason for this, and no proper support from Facebook to solve it. Extremely frustrating experience. If you rely on product visibility through Facebook or Instagram, beware — the integration is unreliable and breaks without explanation.
