supportGood Day, I tried Cyan backup for the first time. The message “Archiving SQL” displays for a long time, I left it running for 15 minutes. The following message appears in the WordPress error log file: [29-Oct-2015 06:32:25 UTC] WordPress database error Unknown column ‘comment_approved’ in ‘where clause’ for query SELECT * FROM w5dncd_flag_comments WHERE comment_approved != “spam” ORDER BY cid LIMIT 0, 100 made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), wp, WP->main, do_action_ref_array, call_user_func_array, WP_AddRewriteRules->wp, call_user_func, CYANBackup->json_request, CYANBackup->json_backup, CYAN_WP_Backuper->wp_backup, CYAN_WP_Backuper->wpdb_dump, CYAN_WP_Backuper->table_dump The column “comment_approved” is not found in the table w5dncd_flag_comments. Please assist to resolve. Wayne Sinclair https://wordpress.org/plugins/cyan-backup/
It sounds like a conflict with a plugin, do you have any plugins you use for comments?
Yes, I do use a plugin for comments, and this is conflicting with the Cyan Backup plugin. I tried the plugin on another installation of WordPress and it works there. Thanks for your reply.
No problem. Out of curiosity which plugin is it?
