Hello @cozyvision1 , Thanks for this interesting plugin. Have you removed Back in Stock notifier section? I have even tried the development version and I cannot find this tab. Please add it back. Thanks Thank you for contacting us. You need to have woocommerce installed, then only this option will be visible to you. You can find it under Woocommerce > Notify Me. If you still have any query, please reach us directly at support@cozyvision.com Of course, I have woocommerce installed. Cannot see Notify Me tab. SMSAlert – WooCommerce – Dev version WooCommerce version: 9.4.3 WordPress version: 6.7.2 @cozyvision1 Hope this helps you to guide me Thanks Please login to SMS Alert plugin. If still facing issue, please share sms alert plugin settings page screenshot on support@cozyvision.com This reply was modified 1 year, 2 months ago by Cozy Vision . Excuse me? Are you asking about the SAME IMAGE I posted above? If yes, why would I email it AGAIN? Can you not fix it OR guide me here on what to change where? please go through the full last reply. Rewriting it for you in more detail “you are not logged in sms alert plugin, please check your screenshot.” we can not ask you your website specific details on public forum, so you need to contact above email id. This reply was modified 1 year, 2 months ago by Cozy Vision . @cozyvision1 Sorry but your replies are confusing https://kb.smsalert.co.in/knowledgebase/notify-me/ has no mention that we need to be logged in sms alert plugin for a settings tab to show up. Even without being logged in sms alert plugin, other tabs show up, so why not this one? How does my website specific details matter? Additionally, I am testing on a local instance so I cannot share website specific details even we exchange emails. Can you please ask your developer to check and/or share information on what do I need to change in settings and where? Or you need to fix your plugin. Hope to get some resolution. Thanks. Please go through the plugin description page carefully. This is a “Commercial Plugin”, and you need to have an account with “www.smsaert.co.in” in order to use it. If you need the resolution, you simply need to login to the plugin. Without logging in the plugin, please do not expect it to work. @cozyvision1 Either my English is very very poor OR you are not even trying to understand my question! I am asking about the tab display. Given your logic, ONLY General Settings should be visible until store owner logs in It is NOT so. Without logging in, all other tabs are visible, EXCEPT Notify Me. Please try to read the thread AGAIN OR ask someone to explain it to you. I am NOT asking it to “work” – I am not asking why SMS are not being sent, etc. I am asking about Notify Me tab, settings display! Your points about this being a “Commercial Plugin” etc are not relevant to my specific question! The plugin is developed to work, for “SMS Alert” registered users. So there is no point in asking questions, why its not working for unregistered/not logged in users. Its our sole discretion to show or hide specific features / tabs from the plugin if you are not logged in. If you are not willing to follow steps to resolve your query, this forum would not be helpful for you.
