supportHello, I recently set up a Firebox campaign and I’m currently facing 2 issues regards to a pop-up campaign on my homepage. The issue is with the video not automatically playing when the page loads and unless I enable playback controls the video itself will appear as a white box. I have checked Chrome, Brave, and Edge and all browsers have no autoplay. I do have autoplay enable within the site settings. My wordpress version is 6.4.3 and the plugin version is 2.1.8 The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hello, In order for the video to start autoplaying, you must first interact with the browser, prior to the popup appearing and the video tries to autoplay. This is due to browser privacy reasons. Another way to make the video autoplay is to to enable the “Muted” setting (if provided by the video block you’re using), which doesn’t require user interaction. Regards, Stergos
