Using the aWeber Plugin. When I enter the auth code it shows a red X next to the box, so I cannot select a list or carry on. Please help I have tried quite a few times to get auth codes and none work I have upgraded to the latest version of WP Still no luck Hello there, Sorry for the troubles, let’s see if we can help. First we need to isolate if the problem is being caused by another piece of software. To search for conflicts, please follow these steps. 1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists. 2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns. 3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved. If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please let us know what it was, and we’ll look into addressing it. If not it could be a bug, or a connection issue. If you don’t find a conflict, I recommend contacting aweber, just to ask if they can see the connection attempts, that would help a lot. Regards, Jeremy Hoffman Support Engineer, Fatcat Apps Hello There, Wanted to come by before closing this thread to make sure you did not still need assistance. Let us know if you’ve been able to perform the steps above what your results were and we’ll see what we can do for you. If we don’t hear from you within a couple days, we’ll mark this as resolved.
