Hi! When I checked the plugin some time ago, there was an “Attach a file” button, which was supposed to allow users to attach files to their requests (“spots”). Now it seems to disappear. Is it a bug or a new update that placed this button somewhere else, or do I need to change some settings to put it back? @anolika thank you for reporting us! It’s a bug. We are working to return attachments and screenshots, I hope it will be done in 1-2 weeks. I will let you know as it ready to go. Thank you for the clarification. Will wait for your update. @anolika we’ve just released version 1.1.35 of widget, that includes ability to attach files in a spot as well as make as screenshot. To get it work, just refresh the page any try to post a new comment in any spot. You must see see these functions in the beginning of tools panel. Does it work for you?
