Hi! The plugin is not finding the variation fields to be selected, therefore not being able to use the conditional logic. I can send you more details privately about the site. Hi Guillermo, The feature to show or hide specific add-on fields based on product variations is not available in the wp.org version. This functionality is part of the Premium version, which we cannot support through this forum. If you are using the Premium version, please reach out to our support team via the contact form here – https://prnt.sc/2J9xo6lfT07L This is nonsense. Right now I can’t do anything with the free version of the plugin. The Fields selector is empty with no options. We have responded to your email, but we’ll provide the answer here as well. The plugin is designed to show or hide product add-on fields based on the output of other fields. For example, if a selection is made in Field X, then Field Y becomes visible. You can find more details on how the plugin works on the plugin page and in the documentation. Currently, you only have one field in the add-on group ( https://prnt.sc/00PWv3J54Mev ), which is why you don’t see any options for setting up conditional logic. There must be at least two fields in the group to define conditions based on another field. If you want to set conditions based on product variations (e.g., showing or hiding fields for specific variations), this feature is only available in the Premium version. Please also note that this feature applies only to variable products and works for add-ons on the product page, not for global add-ons, since global add-ons do not have data on which variations they should be visible for.
