I found this plugin in my theme but it’s buggy. For instance on hovering a tooltip I get scrolled up; or some elements are not applying; or setting a font overrides wp-admin dashboard font. Is it something that can be fixed or it’s down to the people who developed the theme? no reply = plugin abandoned
