If it still doesn’t work, it’s likely that a firewall or security plugin on your website is blocking our server from accessing the image. In that case, here’s what you can try: 1. Temporarily disable any firewall or security plugins (such as Wordfence or others) and see if the issue persists. 2. If possible, whitelist our server IP address: 209.38.232.115 This will help ensure that our plugin can successfully retrieve and process your images.
