Hi there, I recently encountered a strange issue where navigating through archive pages and sometimes posts in AMP on android or ioS leads to a blank white screen/ or distorted lettering on the page. I have not been able to replicate the issue on desktop and believe it is mobile device specific. (have installed latest AMP Version) This site has the error when navigating on mobile through AMP pages: https://britonian.co.uk The issue may be related to an AMP invalidation error that started when updating the plugin as I can see there are 2x errors in the console invalidating pages: “The tag ‘amp-analytics’ requires including the ‘amp-analytics’ extension JavaScript.” “The tag ‘amp-analytics extension .json script’ requires including the ‘amp-analytics’ extension “ Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please share a short video showing the steps you are taking and the issue occurring on your end so we can check accordingly? Thanks for getting back to me. Sure. Please see it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NpwizdM9kQNnD8ctlS2bGM45CS–Mn24/view?usp=share_link Hi, Thank you for sharing this. We have checked on our end and did not find any such issue. It appears to be a plugin or theme conflict on your end, which may be causing the problem. We recommend checking for any conflicts on your site. Kindly check this and if the issue persists, please let us know. I have an identical issue on another site where I updated to the latest version and the AMP validator throws 2x errors that are the same and I get the impression it messes up from time to time on the browser. I think it’s a plugin issue as previous versions did not throw this issue (related to analytics. I did disable it in AMP settings but still no effect): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DyNivL3h-EVunGIPMqCLGHFYSE5LJZbh/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_ZVaCIGLvwubaq0xm4IEnaBP770cBari/view?usp=sharing I believe its a conflict with the WP-Optimize plugin. When disabling the cache site wide, the AMP is validated again and the jumbling stops. However on previous versions of the plugin I have WP-Optimize running without any issue so something seems to have changed between versions that no longer make these two compatible. (I disabled the cache of AMP to see if it made a difference but no effect, so it’s WP-Optimize with caching enabled that seems to cause the issue with your plugin) Hi, Could you please share the exported settings of the AMP optional panel with us? This will allow us to review the issue using your configuration. Here’s a reference tutorial. Please upload the exported ZIP file to Google Drive and share the link with us. This reply was modified 1 year ago by Akshay A . Sure no problem. I have exported the data here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hDCE1eydcZq3pM0ES-Mdiy52tFa4ORJW/view?usp=sharing Thanks! Hey guys, just to let you know WP Optimize has released a patch as many developers for different plugins were getting issues from an update. You can see the thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflicts-from-version-4-2-with-different-plugins-etc/ (Changelog from WP Optimize): 4.2.1 – 05/May/2025 FIX: Cache – Compatibility issue with other plugins due to late start of output buffering I have tested your plugin with the latest version of WP Optimize and it is now fixed with AMP validation working again. Thanks for looking into this. Great to hear that your issue has been resolved. We are closing this thread but if you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us. Have a great day!
