Not able to install. The instructions are far from clear. The second instructions i had from “support” differed from the first one. the second instructiions seemed to requrie (again these were not clear); Downloaded installation folder/ Unzipped folder: Extracted the “plugin folder”. Zipped plugin folder tried 2 methods as second instructions did not specify method. COpied zipped file to plugin folder of my wordpress file. The plugin was not recognised. Used install option is WordPress; both with Zipped and unzipped file; ON each occaision I received the messages Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed. I have tried support from my hosting site, but this has not given an answer. can anyone advise what to do here? “Support from author says they have not had issues before”. Not impressed.
