supportHello, fantastic plugin, thank you very much for working on it. There’s something that I ran into tinkering my schools website: it looks like both plugins are using SweetAlert plugin, might be just that, but the alert that pops up when trying to delete an account won’t look as it should, and what’s worse won’t expose the delete text field, so it’s impossible to delete the account. Both activating and cancelling the dialog throws errors on the JS console: SweetAlert2: Unknown alert type: input z @ weforms.min.js?ver=1.4.7:1 e @ weforms.min.js?ver=1.4.7:1 (anonymous) @ wp-delete-user-accounts.js?ver=1.2.2:56 dispatch @ jquery.js:3 r.handle @ jquery.js:3 weforms.min.js?ver=1.4.7:formatted:1127 Uncaught (in promise) cancel O @ weforms.min.js?ver=1.4.7:formatted:1127 The plugin is Weforms . Hey there! I’m glad you’re enjoying the plugin. 😁 Is this happening on the frontend of your site, or in the admin (or both)? I haven’t been able to reproduce this in my initial testing. Are you able to temporarily deactivate WeForms just to confirm if the issue goes away?
Hi Ren, only in the front end, I haven’t tried the back end option. Deactivating the WeForms plugin resolved the issue. Let me know if you need more information. Pal
Are you getting the error on a page that include both a form and a “delete account” button?
Actually there’s a third plugin from the same developers as WeForms, called WP User Frontend that might utilise the same jQuery plugin, and the Delete User button is on one of the pages this plugin renders via a shortcode. If I deactivate that plugin (but not WeForms) the plugin works again. If I move the delete user button to a blank page, but keep both plugins activated, it won’t work. If I deactivate any of the two others, it will. So, I might have mislead you, I didn’t realise the other plugin had any effect on the issue. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it!
