supportHi @kudlav , I am using your plugin on a number of websites and am very happy with the functionality, it’s exactly what I was looking for — small, without unnecessary code, smart and effective! It’s great for comments, but recently I’ve had a significant increase in similar spam sent through the Contact page. The theme I’m using comes with a pretty fancy template which includes a captcha, but it’s clearly not doing much. I’d like to replace/supplant that with your plugin instead. So, here’s the question — is there any way to easily embed the plugin functionality into the contact page template (page-contact.php)? Or would I basically need to re-implement the whole thing, manually queueing the JS and adding the processing code? Is this something that we could perhaps add to the code if straight-forward to implement? Thank you in advance for any information, Regards, Mihnea
Hi, I like idea of supporting plugins or themes requested by users. Is the page-contact.php included in WordPress core? Because we don’t have it on our websites. Could you please provide name of plugin or theme that adds page-contact.php feature? Also link to your websites with contact form would be appreciated.
It would certainly be nice if Anti-spam Reloaded somehow could be effective for a contact form. I used to use WPForms free but did not want to bother people with a captcha function. But after a while spammers maneged to come through, and I substituted the contact form for plain old email address (and a plugin for hiding the email address from harvesters).
