supportI installed the plugin to be able to insert multiple attributes (brand, color, material, shape) in many products but it only takes one, is it possible to insert multiple attributes?
Hello @silviamaldina , Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your query, the plugin only allows updating one attribute at a time. However, you can input multiple values for the attribute by entering each value on a new line. For example, if you want to add color attributes, you can add values like Black, Grey, Yellow, etc. in one go. But please note that you won’t be able to update color and shape attributes at the same time. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. I would like to add more attributes to the same product, color attribute, shape, material, etc., not many colors or many materials, is it possible? with the premium version? If it doesn’t do what I need it for, would it be possible to get a refund?
Hello @silviamaldina , Yes, you can do the following actions on global and custom attributes using our basic and premium plugin. Global attribute available bulk actions; 1. Add new value 2. Remove value 3. Overwrite the existing value 4.No Change Custom attribute bulk actions: 1. Remove existing value. 2.No change However, no option is available to create or change global attributes using the plugin versions. Also, Our premium version comes with a 30 days money back policy. You can try once and If you face any issues our support will be able to help you on priority.
good morning, I don’t understand… I have 700 products, 4 or 5 attributes must be added to each of these (colour, shape, gender, material, brand) but after having inserted the first attribute (e.g. I have 350 men’s products) if I want to add the brand it won’t take me, or remove the man attribute
