if you add a new “Allow” rule to your “Robots.txt rewrite” configuration and click the “Save” button, it changes to a “Disallow” rule on save. If you flip the switch again, so that it is once again set to be an “Allow” rule, and then save again, the setting is saved properly the second time. Thanks for bug submitting.
