On https://editor.qmerce.com/#/settings , under Publisher Settings
Hi Inje, Under the My Publishers section- this is where you can add a role for a team member. This place allows you to input the email address your team member used to create their user account. (A team member must have a user account if you are going to assign them a role) You can assign them the role of an Admin – they have access to all items and can adjust/ delete any item created, or a editor- which enables them to see all items created but only be able to adjust items they created. If you are wanting to add another website to your account you will have to click on the big red button “Create Apester Publisher” Hope that helped! Hi Miteshwrd Firstly great job on creating a VoicR it looks great! I do see what you mean on mobile! I just want to confirm you are using the most updated version of the plugin? Thanks J
I had the same problem. It was when I used the new editor in the app website as opposed to the old school editor website. Also I have an old challenge that isn’t mobile responsive which I deleted that keeps coming back. It’s beyond frustrating.
Hey, Firstly I would recommend you to check you are using the most updated version of our wordpress plugin! Secondly I would suggest to check your div container to ensure that it is not restricting iframe or has height restrictions. If you adjust these settings in the div container, the VoicR will show correctly. Please let me know if it works out or not! Cheers J
Hey Jodi, I’m assuming that I’ve got the latest version because I only downloaded it yesterday from WordPress.org plugins section. As far as the the div container. I honestly don’t know what that means. Where would I find/check that? cheers
Also any idea why previously deleted challenges are still showing up?
