Hello we want to add the tracking number when an order is changed to completed. We already use a plugin that creates the voucher and tracking code when the order is completed. Tracking code is generated from a shortcode. we used it in the “Customer SMS” profile but it didn’t work. Hello, as you have sent the request directly to the support, we will finish this via email.
