Uploaded files, activated plugin, now I get error message, when I try to open admin panel: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 8.1.0”. In file “event-tickets-with-ticket-scanner/vendors/twig/composer/platform_check.php” on line 24 Plugin description says: “PHP version 7.0 or higher”. I have 8.0.30. I’d get it if plugin didn’t work, but blocking all site right away seams to be a bit harsh. I just update the readme to php 8.1. Sorry to hear, that and strange it was running on our dev/test system with php 7.4. Not helpful. It will crash any site, if condition changes on next update of the plugin. That makes your software a ticking time-bomb for any user. 1. Condition is hard-coded in file I noted in my post. So, no. It was not running in this configuration in 7.4. 2. It will be relevant, that it was running on your system, when you’ll be shipping it with the product. We are very sorry for your issues. We updated the plugin already. If you expect perfection immediately from us, then please refrain from using our products. This will not happen, as much as I would love to have it immediately too. Wish you all the best. Saso
