supportUsing Arconix Shortcode accordion. Was working, but now isn’t fully. 1. Function. http://brevardfp.org/foster-care/foster-parent-faqs/ Click an item, accordion works. Click a second item, and it doesn’t close other and open new. This used to work. Thoughts? 2. Styles. http://brevardfp.org/adoption/adoption-faqs/ http://brevardfp.org/events-page/ On Events page, styles are off a bit, yet on Adoption FAQs it’s fine. Thanks for any help. Hi @faithfl , Can you please tell me which version of the plugin you are using?
Hi again @faithfl , We just checked the Accordion with the latest version & it does work fine. When one question is open, it does open another question when clicked. On your site, we do see a Javascript error in the browser console. Please update to the latest version & let me know if it is still not fixed. :Vishal

Hey Vishal, I see that error: Uncaught Error: No such method “div.arconix-accordion-content” for Tabs. I removed the link I had in there, issue is still present. When I click another tab, it doesn’t close current one. Any ideas on this? http://brevardfp.org/foster-care/foster-parent-faqs/ Thanks for any help. -e

Hi @faithfl , It seems that the issue is happening only with your theme as we are unable to replicate it with some other themes that we tested with. I see that you are using the Mesmerize Pro theme. Can you send that theme to us so we can test on it? You can drop an email on support at tychesoftwares dot com with the theme & we will let you know the results.
