Hello, the plugin worked perfectly until a week ago. Now I get an “Access denied” message when I try to upload a csv file to import comments. The message appear after the upload. I tried everything to make it work, have deactivated all plugins, especially the security plugins. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work. Thank you very much for your help Hi @bezz_italia , Thanks for reporting this, and we appreciate the steps you’ve already taken to narrow down the issue. We’ve identified and resolved the “Access denied” error that occurs after uploading a CSV file in some environments. This issue affected a few users under specific conditions, and a patch will be released shortly to address it. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Hi @bezz_italia Just a quick update — the issue has been addressed in the latest release of the plugin. Kindly update to the most recent version, and the “Access denied” error should no longer occur. Please let us know if you run into any further issues. We’re here to help!
