About files / medias

Hi, I try to use your plugin to create a kind of “Private customer area ” which only the customer and some specific roles (Editor & Admin) can see. The idea is that this area is about establishing communication between customer and editor/admin, by sending some personal infos and personal documents. I tried first to use an user field “file”, but there is no way to visualise the file. Then I tried to create a custom post and associate an user field “file”, same result. Can you help please ? Since your demo doesn’t work, I can’t see how it’s supposed to work. Thanks
