Hello CartBounty team, First of all, great work guys! I am starting to love this plugin and almost done with the decision to go for a PRO version. However I am still comparing it to the other plugins to make a right choice (forgive me that! :)). I have faced a problem with abandoned carts for logged in customers. I have recently noticed that on the other plugin a 2 carts have appeared for registered accounts. On CartBounty there are not such entries at all, they are simply missing/skipped. The other time the abandoned cart for registered customer appeared, however it was marked as an anonymous (email is available for sure, customer is registered) – the other plugin added the cart properly. I am using the latest available version. Could you help me with it? Hi @raibow , thank you for raising this question and your kind words! 🙂 So far we hadn’t heard any complaints about registered user abandoned carts not being picked up. Could be due to some issues with bot detection improvements that we have just released. In the following days we are planning to release a new version that should take care of this new issue. Warm regards, Nauris Got it. Thanks for a quick update 🙂 Can’t wait to update and see. I will let you know about the result. By the way, is there a possibility to sum up the abandoned but anonymous revenue? Is that available in the PRO version somehow? Hey @raibow , just letting you know that the latest version 8.5 has just been released and it should take care of the abandoned cart saving process for logged in customers. And to answer your question. CartBounty reports are rather simple and intentionally do not have a huge amount of stats and reports simply because we are looking out for what our users are going to ask for additionally :). So thank you very much for your suggestion / request on anonymous cart revenue stats – I have added this to our feature request wish-list. Please do let us know if you have any additional suggestions or ideas – we are very eager to hear from our users. And let us know if you still experience some strange behavior with registered customer carts. Best, Nauris
