supportHi, Thanks for your plug-in, this is exactly what I need. I use WordPress 3.9.1 with the theme Responsive Pro. However, I have two questions/problems: 1. when I saved the settings, the following notice appeared on my site: Notice: Undefined index: showtagpages in /home/scienceo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/show-archive-descriptions/show-archive-descriptions.php on line 61 Notice: Undefined index: showauthorpages in /home/scienceo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/show-archive-descriptions/show-archive-descriptions.php on line 62 Notice: Undefined index: allowhtml in /home/scienceo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/show-archive-descriptions/show-archive-descriptions.php on line 63 Notice: Undefined index: showgravatar in /home/scienceo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/show-archive-descriptions/show-archive-descriptions.php on line 64 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/scienceo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/show-archive-descriptions/show-archive-descriptions.php:61) in /home/scienceo/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121 and the following notice appeared on my site. Notice: Undefined variable: output in /home/scienceo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/show-archive-descriptions/show-archive-descriptions.php on line 208 2. My web site is in French. Therefore I would like to have only the category title appearing before the description, not “This is the xx category”. Is it possible? I will make the heading customizable soon and I hope to have those undefined errors fixed in the next version. Thx
Hi I have seen that, in the new version, the settings offer the possibility of a “custom title”. Many thanks! However, this customized title appears on every category page, letting out the name of the category… What I would need is someting like Custom title [name of category] so that on each category page, the box would contain Dossier Justice as a title, for instance. Thanks in advance Florence
What I can do is add a template tag which you can use in the custom title. It will be replaced by the category or tag name. I’ll add this to the feature request list.
