We’ve run dozens of A/B tests in the past on this site but recently redesigned. This is the first test on the new environment and we’re seeing some issues: – Test ran for a day and shows 0 page views (confirmed a few thousand visitors since starting the test) – I am unable to see the change reflected in the preview. We added a css class to a module which we are styling differently, however in the preview tab the module remains unchanged and inspecting reveals no additional class is added. We’ve tried: – Clearing all cache – Multiple browsers – Multiple devices Any help is appreciated. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Thanks for reaching out! I looked at your tested page and noticed that our plugin inline and regular scripts are being optimized by (I think) Perfmatters. So let’s try the following: can you temporarily deactivate that plugin and try again? If the plugin starts tracking data afterwards, we’ll know for sure the issue is there and all we’ll have to do is find the correct settings in Perfmatters (usually, excluding our scripts from being optimized by it) so that both plugins can coexist. Thank you for the reply @davilera , that was our issue and I’v excluded Nelio from being optimized. However, we are still not seeing our change reflected. Do you see an issue in how we are attempting to attach a css class to a module on the B version of the page? I feel like we’ve done similar setups before with Nelio so not sure why we’re having trouble this time around. I can confirm it’s not a css issue as I am not seeing the class added at all in the preview tab, and unable to come across a page where it is added when attempting to organically land on the tested page. Any help with this is appreciated! Do you mean you’re not seeing variant B ever? Please contact us via email (support at nelio software dot com) and we’ll take a closer look at your setup.
