I just installed this and as soon as I activated it my site broke. I am now getting a 500 internal server error. I tried deleting the plugin from cpanel but didn’t help. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi @shukify , As the plugin is deleted from the cPanel and the issue is not yet resolved, the error you are getting might not be due to the miniOrange 2-factor authentication plugin. However, we will investigate the issue in the miniOrange 2-factor authentication plugin and let you know if we have any updates for you. Also, you can check with your hosting provider if the issue is occurred from its end. Best Regards, miniOrange Team, Thanks for your help and for the direct support. I have contacted my hosting provider and they detected the issue. It seems that although it happened immediately after installation, the problem was in the htcaccess file which is not affected by the plugin. Thanks. Hi @shukify , Thank you for providing the updates here. Let us know if you face any issues with the miniOrange 2-factor Authentication plugin. I am closing this ticket as of now. You can reopen it whenever you want any assistance. Regards, miniOrange Team
